Orders are usually dispatched using Australia Post Express Post service from Brisbane. This is a fast delivery services that offers guaranteed next business day delivery of your parcel when sending it through the Express Post network. Please check the specific delivery times to your postcode on their website. Please email us if you are not sure about the delivery time frame and we will try to accomodate you.
Occasional some items may require International delivery from New Zeland (personalised t shirts). if this is the case we will advise you of the delivery time within 12 hours maximum of placing the order.
Payment options and security
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo and American Express. We require full payment for all purchase and transport costs before goods can be released. For your security bucksandhenfancydresscostumes never handles your card details. All payments are done directly through PayPal secure epayments server. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order as fast as we can and within 1 working day once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment.
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from bucksandhenfancydresscostumes for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.
Please note as all t-shirts are printed personally for your group, t-shirt orders that have been printed prior to your cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
If for any reason you would like to return any order in part or full, Bucksandhenfancydresscostumes would be more than happy to return you the full amount of the costume cost (excluding shipping cost.); a refund will be issued back to you via paypal.
If an item is being returned for an exchange of size then we will happily change it for you with a cost of £2.50 re-send mail charge.
Returned goods must comply with the following rules
- Returns must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving the order.
- Costumes should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
- Returns must be made via recorded delivery only.
- Due to personal hygiene Teeth, wigs, facial hair or tights cannot be returned.
- Please enclose your order number this can be found on your invoice if you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return.

If a Product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you. Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact.
