For this activity, you require a minimum of two pairs of old pantyhose, four oranges or softballs and/or two balloons. Divide into two teams; you might try men vs. women. Around the waist of the first contestant, tie a pair of pantyhose with one leg hanging down and a ball or orange inside it. Put the other balloon or ball upon the ground then. The goal is to only utilize your hips to move the hose with the orange in it to tap the balloon.

The goal is to speed down the room and back, striking the balloon along the way. The winner is the team that is first to cross the finish line.
